Anamorphic Adapters
Kowa 16S
16mm film anamorphic projection mount. This has blue flares and a 2 times stretch.
Yashicascope
8mm film anamorphic projection mount. This produces neutral flares, white in colour. Small and a very specific look as it is sharp in the middle and has fall of on the side.
Bolex 8/19
8mm film anamorphic projection mount. This is my favourite. It’s small, sharp, light weight and has amber/ red/ purple flares.
All of these anamorphic adapters are using in conjunction with a taking lens, more than likely a vintage lens for a specific look, and a Rapido Technology 16A FVD single focus solution which is a front variable diopter for easy focus of the taking lens and the anamorphic lens.

This is my usual set up and up to 4K 50 fps. This is very adequate and I have seen the footage at The Astor on the big screen for a short called ‘Blvck Gold’.

DJI Lidar autofocus transmission system
DJI LIDAR Rangefinder, follow focus motor, high bright monitor, ronin 4D handle grips, transmission autofocus system. This turns any manual focus lens and camera into an autofocus camera system.
Uses the 2 handle grips with the monitor that shows a birds eye depth field of the subject and focus point, which can shirt from auto to manual with the click of a button.
So a vintage lens can be coupled with either my Red camera or bmpcc and turned into a complete auto focus camera and lens
